- Except for the Pre Season, Thursday, June 19-28, when we schedule
short stays, a minimum one week stay is expected, with arrival and
departure on Saturday. Occasionally space is available in late June
or early July, allowing for some shorter stays.
- For most cottages, the in-season daily rate is $215 per person.
We have four cottages that fit into the category of "Family Cottage",
appropriate for 3-4 persons.
- Children are charged at the same rate as adults.
- A third person, sharing a room, is charged at the rate of $120 per
day.
- Except for some lodge rooms, the single occupancy rate is based
on the rate for two persons, less $60.
- Rates include all meals, nightly musical entertainment, tennis, sailboats, canoes, rowboats,
kayaks, windsurfers. There is a fee for motorboats and waterskiing.
- A 7% Maine hotel tax will be added to your bill.
- Accommodations are limited to 150 guests.
A deposit of $600 per room is required for each week's reservation. We
suggest personal check, as we do not accept credit cards. Your deposit
is credited to your final bill and will be refunded if cancellation reaches
us before April 15th.
Because Quisisana's location precludes "transient" guests, we are forced to charge full rate for late arrivals or for departures ahead of schedule.
