Although Sam now puts all of his time and effort into Quisisana, he holds both his undergraduate degree and Masters of Science in Education from Sarah Lawrence College. For over twenty years, Sam was an early childhood educator at Sarah Lawrence College’s Early Childhood Center, Bank Street School for Children, New Canaan Country School and Larchmont Temple Nursery School. He has been active in the Larchmont NY Fire Department since joining as a teen and served as Deputy Chief for seven years. He also served on the Board of Larchmont/Mamaroneck Volunteer Ambulance Corps and is a proud member of the Board of Education of the Mamaroneck School District. He met and married his wife, Nathalie, here at Quisi and they are parents of Jerry and Annie.
Nathalie came to Quisisana as a young soprano in 1994 and spent many summers working in the office and dining room. She met and married her husband Sam here at Quisi, and they are now the proud parents of two children, Jerry and Annie. Nathalie received her Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance from the Hartt School of Music at the University of Hartford and her Master of Music degree in Opera/Vocal Performance from Mannes College of Music in NYC.
Marsh studied voice at the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point and Musical Theatre Performance at ASU. He started at Quisisana as a performing busboy in 1989, then went on to manage the dining room for ten summers. At that time he created our gift gallery, QuisiWorks, as well. He was artistic director of Show Case Concerts in Phoenix, AZ where he created musical programs for young people for Arizona Opera, The Phoenix Symphony, The Oklahoma City Philharmonic, and toured the Southwest and Mexico with the ensemble OperaTunity. He’s served as artistic director at Quisisana since 2012.
Greg began his Quisi career in the mid 90’s as our boat driver. He returned to Quisisana in 2010 and has been working as our General Manager ever since. He guides the staff with a calm, fatherly manner and holds countless things together behind the scenes. He is a California native and lives in Chandler, Arizona during the off season. Greg is an ASU graduate.
Nicole is the Principal Second Violinist of the Harrisburg Symphony Orchestra in PA, and is the head of the string department at Larchmont Music Academy. Nicole has degrees in Violin Performance from Carnegie Mellon University and Manhattan School of Music. Nicole works for Quisi year-round handling reservations and myriad of details. She’s been part of the Quisi family since 2001. She has been essential in developing our chamber music program. She is a native of Rochester, NY and currently lives in Larchmont, NY.
Larry is a graduate of Arizona State University where he studied Musical Theatre and Communication. In the off season he is the Director of Staffing for Top Shelf Staffing in NYC and is also the Owner/Managing Director of Acting Up Entertainment. His clients include Bloomberg, Sodexo, and Viacom. Larry has worked in several roles in the hospitality industry from server to wedding planner. As a performer he has performed in various roles in musical theater, television and is currently the host of his own variety show in New York City. He has been part of the Quisi family since 2001.
Having first joined our kitchen staff in 2013, Andrew returned to Quisi as Executive Chef in 2022. With over 20 years of kitchen experience, Andrew comes back to us with a diverse culinary background most recently having served as the Culinary Director for award winning Rule No. One Hospitality group and Executive Chef of their restaurant Merchant in Madison, Wisconsin. Other previous chef positions include The Madison Club in Wisconsin, Le Pavillon by the Sea in St. Martin French West Indies, and Amali in New York City.
Andrew and his wife Kelsey, whom he met here at Quisi, live in Edgerton, Wi. with their children Liam and Thea.
Mory started with Quisisana in ’97. He’s been the heartbeat of our musical programs since. Mory (aka, the Doctor) holds degrees in piano and accompanying from Bethel College, The Eastman School of Music and Arizona State University. He spends his time in the off-season in the greater New York City area working as a free-lance coach and accompanist. Mory is equally at home with the classical and operatic styles, contemporary Broadway offerings, and the American Songbook. He serves on the faculty at Montclair State and has also been working with Manhattan Concert Productions for more than 20 seasons. With MCP, Mory is regularly seen at the keys in Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center. He’s made his home in Washington Heights since ’02.
